Tickets

Simple support ticket system. Users click a button to create tickets—no commands needed.

BASIC+ Feature: Requires BASIC or PRO subscription

Setup

  1. 1.Dashboard → Features → Toggle Tickets ON
  2. 2.Go to Tickets tab → Set category & support role
  3. 3.Type /ticketpanel to post the button

Commands

/ticket

Shows the ticket creation panel

/ticketpanel

Post the ticket button (Admin only)

How It Works

1. Click Button

User clicks "Create Ticket"

2. Fill Form

Simple popup for subject and details

3. Ticket Created

Private channel created, team notified
